o Build and maintain knowledge of visual merchandising strategies and current trendso Partner with managers to execute, uphold, and maintain all visual standards o Execute and install window presentations and in-store displays QualificationsExperienceExperience in merchandising and styling with knowledge of current fashion trends and styles A high level of accuracy and attention to detail The ability to use ladders, box knives, and other miscellaneous tools Schedule and hours would be based on floor-set execution and business needs Minimum of 18 years of age required WORK SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTSSchedule and hours would be based on floor-set execution and business needsAbility to increase hours which may include weekends, holidays and/or overnightsQualifications EXPERIENCENo prior experience required.
Prior customer service/ retail experience a plus PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSStand for up to 8 hoursCarry up to 40 poundsClimb and balance on laddersBend at the waistLift up to 40 poundsKneel and squat on the groundReach above the shoulder frequentlyWORK SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTSPart-Time Sales Associates work a schedule reflective of availability established at the time of hire, with the ability to increase hours based on business needs which may include weekends and/or holidays.
