Entry Level Manager

Kelly Services may have the perfect opportunity for you!We are currently recruiting Manager Trainees for a highly reputable finance company in Laurel, MS.
During your paid training period, you will receive on-the-job training to perform managerial duties such as:
collecting loans, taking and processing loan applications, making credit decisions, developing dealer relationships, and recruiting / training personnel.
After completion of the Manager Trainee program, you will be promoted into a management position at another branch location.
This company currently has offices in Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, Illinois, and Missouri and you could be asked to work in any of these locations.
As the company grows, the majority of new managers will be asked to relocate out of state.
RELOCATION WILL BE REQUIRED! The work is challenging, but if you are willing to make the investment the rewards are significant! Requirements Requirements for this position are as follows:
- High School or College Degree.
- Willingness to Relocate - Manager Trainees must be willing to transfer upon promotion into management.
Relocation is a condition of employment and is required.
- Superior Work Ethic - Manager Trainees must be driven towards the successful operation of a branch through a positive attitude, eagerness to acquire necessary knowledge, and ability to achieve results.
