As a Kitchen Manager you will be asked to meet customer service guidelines and direct the back of the house operation. You will asked to maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, cleaniness and sanitation by assisting in directing and supervision of your staff.

Requirements
oMinimum 2 years Kitchen Manager/ BOH management experience in a full service restaurant concept
oStability defined by no more than two jobs in the last 5 years
