Peer Review Coordinator Minimum
Qualifications:
RN with 2 years in a clinical setting.
Possess excellent communication skills, organizational abilities and computer skills.
License/Certification:
RN license Skills are measured by :
observation and feedback from customers, employees, directors and vendors.
Reviews of documentation including time and attendance and other payroll records.
Skills:
! Collect and prepare data from medical record review for OPPE and FPPE.
! Collect and prepare data from medical record review for Medical Staff Performance Committee (MSPC).
! Collect and prepare FPPE data from medical record review for physicians in their provisional period.
! Compile date collected from various sources to use in physician performance assessment.
! Create reports for MSPC review.
! Assist physician reviewers with performance improvement issues as needed.
! Receive and review incident reports and determine who to forward them to - directors, physician reviewers, medical staff office or risk management.
! Prepare and review reports for physician PI based on medical staff indicators.
! Track and trend physician performance rates.
! Provide support services to other areas as needed or requested.
! Trend/provide graphics on blood review for quality council.
! Increase knowledge through reading, seminars, workshops, etc.
! Develop analytical skills needed for data display.
! Collaborate with symplr to build and maintain database that interfaces with Cerner to collect and manage data related to physician performance.
! Develop policies and procedures related to peer review as needed and maintain by evaluating at least annually.
! Provide Medical Staff Office with physician performance information at time of reappointment.
! Maintain PI data as required by DNV standards and interact with surveyors on yearly visits.
! Attend committee meetings that are relevant to the peer review process.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
